The Northbrook Condominium complex in North Conway, NH consists of 12 two-story buildings, each with eight 2- and 3-bedroom units, for a total of 96 units. Because the community is situated on a low ridge, many units have mountain views of the Moat Mountain range or Mount Cranmore. Others enjoy wooded views. All have access to the association's private inground outdoor pool, tennis and basketball courts, and a direct connection to Whitaker Woods' well-maintained trails for walking, snowshoeing, and XC skiing.

The Northbrook Condominium Association is self-managed, overseen by a volunteer Board of Directors, with contracted professionals for accounting and for maintaining Northbrook's grounds and buildings. Board members are owners themselves, and are committed to clear communication, fiscal responsibility, and ensuring that the Northbrook complex remains a safe and inviting place for owners and their guests.
